Old Antique Cabinet Lock G.R. 4 Lever Security Has 1 Working key SOLID BRASS

Here I have for sale a very, very nice and very rare G.R Georgian hard to find vintage early 20th Century solid brass 4 lever cabinet lock (or cupboard lock) complete with 1 working key which works the lock perfectly with a nice firm action.

This is a 2 way cabinet lock suitable for both right handed and left handed cabinet/cupboard doors.

This lock is from my vintage lock collection and has no maker's name, but it is stamped "SECURE 4 LEVER" on the rear of its back plate and it is stamped "G.R" with the crown logo at the top front of its back plate followed by "Union" at the bottom of it's back plate. It dates from around the 1930's era and is in very good used condition and it looks fantastic !

This great lock is now a collector's item due to its vintage age and is a very high quality well made 4 lever solid brass cabinet lock made by Union Locks. 

This is a 2-way lock so it can be used on right handed or left handed cabinet (or cupboard) doors no problem.

The measurements of this lock are below:-

Height of lock back plate is 77 mm.

Width of lock back plate is 44 mm. 

The distance between the left edge of this lock to the center of where the key hole pin is, is 23 mm.

The distance between the right edge of this lock to the center of where the key hole pin is, is 21 mm

The measurements of the lock case part that protrudes is 44mm wide by 47.5 mm high. 

The depth of this lock is 12.5 mm.

The total length of the key is 88 mm.

I have described this item to the best of my knowledge and this lock is in perfect working order and in fantastic used condition.
