Old Cabinet Cupboard Lock 1 Lever Solid Brass Has 1 Working Original Key

Here I have for sale a very nice hard to find rare vintage solid brass 1 lever Victorian 2 way cabinet lock (or cupboard lock) complete with 1 original working key which still works the lock perfectly with a nice firm solid action. 

This lock has been my personal vintage lock collection for many years and is in fantastic condition for its vintage age.

This is a 2 way lock, so can be used accordingly on left and right handed cabinet or cupboard doors no problem.

This lock has no maker's name, but it is stamped with "Hand Made" at the top of its back plate and it is stamped with the number "1 Lever" at bottom of its back plate. It dates from the 1880's late Victorian era and is in fantastic used condition and looks absolutely super with its gleaming brass work !

This great lock is now a collector's item due to its vintage age and is a reasonably good quality 1 lever solid brass Late Victorian era cabinet lock.

The measurements of this lock are below:-

Height of lock back plate is 76 mm.

Width of lock back plate is 38.1 mm. 

The distance between the left edge of this lock to the center of where the key hole pin is, is 18 mm.

The distance between the right edge of this lock to the center of where the key hole pin is, is 20.1 mm

The measurements of the lock case part that protrudes is 38.1 mm wide by 41 mm high. 

The depth of this lock is approx 10 mm.

The total length of the key is 52.5 mm.
