All of our kits are assembled in the UK.
Our kits fit perfectly, this is because they are injector specific and NOT universal kits.
The seals are exacting in grade of Viton for your injector; 70-90 Shore rated.
Mr Injector UK services a wide range of petrol injectors - standard port, high pressure (GDI, FSI, etc), Siemens / Bosch Piezo, side feed, K Jetronic, air-assisted, hose to rail injectors from the 1960s onwards (including seized injectors) and cold start injectors. Seal Kit 186 This is our 8 cylinder seal kit for BMW E39 M5 fitted with Bosch 0280157005, BMW 1407938. Contained are the top and bottom seals plus our all-metal filter baskets, which are provided to replace the original plastic mesh filters as these metal ones are resistant to dissolving. We believe this is caused by the additives found in modern fuels and the high pressure in certain setups. If this filter breakdown is not noticed then these particles will be pushed down inside the pintle shaft, affecting the flow.
