A WHITE Button  mushroom is the same mushroom as a champinjons mushroom, grows  white, giving it a white-coloured top. They are very much like horse white mushrooms and about the same size.

Ideal for home production, simple production.Grow your own pure  delicious mushrooms 12 months of the year.These are best grown in well-ventilated areas at a temperature of 10-18°C (50-65°F) like a greenhouse, shed or cellar. All you need is a suitable container and growing medium made up from stable manure. Each pack contains enough spawn to cover 0.5m² (4sq.ft.) and full cultural instructions.

They have better flavour and texture than the plain white mushrooms.
