Original British 7 1/4 inch x 5 1/4 inch Still of producer PAUL SOSKIN on location for the unfinished 1943 Wartime Drama SIGNED WITH THEIR HONOUR, based on the novel by Australian correspondent James Aldridge.
An attempt in 1943 to make a film based on the novel, about No. 80 Squadron’s Gladiator operations in Greece in 1941, was abandoned when two Gloster Gladiator biplanes were destroyed in a mid-air collision during filming at a RAF base in Shropshire.
The still is in very good trimmed condition.
