Overall condition is on the low end of Acceptable. The front cover has multiple creases across the surface (see the front cover scan), a 5mm tear on the outer edge, moderate to heavy edge wear with edge chipping, and a bit above average shelf wear. The back cover is about much the same as the front though it has no tears and there is the obvious chipping in the lower left corner. The book had split in half at around page 46 and I put the book back together using white glue and clear binding tape (on the exterior). Not surprisingly, there is a vertical crease on the spine at that point, heavy edge wear, edge chipping (most notable at the top and bottom), and a slight slant. Interior pages have discolored with age.
