Original British 30 inch x 40 inch Quad Poster for the 1961 William Wyler Drama THE LOUDEST WHISPER (THE CHILDREN’S HOUR), based on the play by Lillian Hellman and starring Audrey Hepburn, James Garner, Shirley Maclaine, Miriam Hopkins, Fay Bainter and Veronica Cartwright.
The story was inspired by the 1809 account of two Scottish school teachers whose lives were destroyed when one of their students accused them of engaging in a lesbian relationship.
The poster is in very good folded condition with the ‘X’ certificate inked out.
