Overall condition is on the low side of acceptable. This is 100% a reader's copy...that is, you have a far better (more collectable) copy of the book and rather than risk said condition by reading, you have a second copy that is far less collectable in regards to condition and can read it without worry. As such, this reader's copy has a slew of issues which are too numerous to list out here. So, use the zoom feature to take a close look at the front and back covers. The spine has heavy edge wear, one vertical crease, some wrinkles, and a strip of clear binding tape to maintain integrity. Some interior pages have chips, small tears, and have discolored with age. There is also writing (from three different owners) on the inside front cover and first page.
