Ernst Fischer (1899-1972), journalist and politician, fled Austria in 1934. He settled in Moscow where he worked for the Comintern, wrote Stalinist propaganda, and contributed to the fight against fascism.
Spine rubbed, corners only lightly bumped, lower cover browned and a little stained.
