Seller's Description
Original aerial propaganda leaflet printed in red and black. [P.W.E. 1943]. 2 pages. 215 x 267 mm. Text in German.
Code G.88 [1943]. - Kirchner 5, 242.
A rare leaflet documenting the superiority of the Allied war production.
It reads in part: “With every day that the war lasts longer, the pace of German self-destruction increases. With every day that the war lasts longer, the German inflation curve rises - for the second time, the little man in Germany is faced with nothing. With every day that the war lasts longer, the possibilities of reconstruction after the war dwindle.”
On the back, reproduced from a Swiss weekly newspaper, is an article about the Dolchstoßlegende (= Stab-in-the-back-myth).
Variant leaflet printed in black and white on the verso. Authenticated by Klaus Kirchner, with his hand stamp in the lower right corner.
Folded in half (not exactly in the middle), some partial tanning, one corner dog-eared.
Please note: the leaflet will be mailed folded along the existing fold lines.
