Penrith 1969, Ribble Bus to Carlisle, Large Photo
Description: This is a Large approx 12" inch x 8" inch photo of a period street scene in Penrith in 1969. A 1964 Ribble liveried Albion drives towards the bus station up Sandgate Past the junction with Albert Street, having just passed the Duttons 'Grey Goat Inn' pub in Burrowgate. The bus is displaying route 637, destination 'Carlisle', registration UCK857, fleet number 1875.
An interesting look at Penrith in the late 1960s.
