Antique Cabinet Cupboard Lock Solid Brass Has 1 working key 4 Levers 1940s era

Here I have for sale a very, very nice hard to find rare vintage solid brass 4 lever cabinet lock (or cupboard lock) complete with 1 working original key works the lock perfectly with a nice solid and firm action.

This lock is from my personal vintage lock collection, It has no maker's name or markings but when I took it apart to service it, I saw that it is a 4 Lever lock. 

It dates from around the 1940's era or earlier and is in fantastic used condition and it looks absolutely fantastic with its gleaming brass work !

THIS IS A 2-WAY LOCK SO CAN BE USED ON LEFT AND RIGHT HAND CABINET DOORS NO PROBLEM.

This great lock is now a collector's item due to its vintage age and is a very good quality 4 lever medium size solid brass cabinet lock with a satin ground finish. 

Please see all 15 pictures and study them carefully as they show the actual lock you are buying and the over all condition that it is in including any marks and imperfections it may have. The pictures also show relevant measurements that may be needed.

The measurements of this lock are below:-

Height of lock back plate is 77 mm.

Width of lock back plate is 36 mm. 

The distance between the left edge of this lock to the center of where the key hole pin is 18 mm.

The distance between the right edge of this lock to the center of where the key hole pin is 18 mm.

The measurements of the lock case part that protrudes is 36 mm wide by 43.5 mm high. 

The depth of this lock is approx 12 mm.

The total length of the key is approx 57.5 mm.  

With the key fully inserted into this lock, The measurement from the back face of this lock to where the key bow starts is 34 mm - To be safe the max thickness of the door it can be fitted to is 31 mm as the thickness of a metal surface mounted key hole escutcheon must be considered in some cases.

I have described this item to the best of my knowledge and this lock is in perfect working order and in fantastic used condition.
