Woolwich Victoria Docks Antique Boat Ship London Postcard

bg414 Antique 1911 rpc postcard which as you can see has lightened with its aging but is real photo and a beautiful old nautical postcard of the Woolwich Docks (identified by postmark) - any local historian can verify this too and it shows boats and a man to the right of the picture standing on the edge of a ledge I think issueing water warnings - he certainly appears to be doing something to assist the people in the boats - small lower left corner to allow - light handling - very good condition and this has such character.
