I cannot feel any of the  scratches or scuffs. I can feel  a defect on side 2.  Defect will affect the play of the record. .  both labels   have heavy  wear.   Both labels have  heavy stains. One label has  a sticker with W-1046 in black. There is a W in black on the same side as the sticker.
