This is a cute little porcelain bisque doll. It is a child with a headdress. It measures about 5 inches high. The doll does have some imperfections, but I believe they are all original. Some imperfections in the mold. It has a weight attached to the bottom so that it doesn't tipple over. I think this is original as well. Someone has added an extra weight. I think because this may be a little top heavy. It is marked on the back Made in Japan A\69. Cute little doll for your collection. Please look at photos and ask questions if you have any concerns.
