I've been doing vanilla extracts for about 15 years
for home usage and now I decided to make it
available to your table.
Please use it by drops (not by spoons) as it is
powerful and fully matured.
I have selected quality Vanilla planifolia beans (pods),
prepared them with absolute cleanliness,
using plastic gloves at all times.
The vanilla beans have been cut on new bamboo
wooden board, and this board was used only for cutting
vanilla beans and stored entirely away from cooking.
This extract could be used for baking, 1 or 2 drops for your
morning coffee, vanilla ice-cream
or perhaps a gift to your loved ones or friends.
I am confident that you will be pleased with this
powerful outcome, whether you are chef,
vanilla connoisseur or not.
