• Whilst the majority of refilled cartridges give excellent print quality, this depends on the state of your used cartridge. Since refilling is a DIY activity there is also potential for you do something wrong. If a fault develops with your cartridge you may reclaim the unused toner and use it in another one.
• This printer has a separate imaging drum unit. There is little that can go wrong with the toner cartridge.
• Refilling is with the "Slide Shutter and pour" method. You open the shutter where the toner comes out from to pour it in. Specific instructions are not included.
