I  cannot feel any  of the scratches  or   scuffs.     cover  is  very very very very Poor   condition with  very heavy  wear  especially on the corner and   very  ringwear    There are several wrinkles/creases on  front and back of the cover.  The is a huge circular tear on the front of the cover. There is a tear on the back of the cover.  The cover has a cut out mark on the cover. Cut out mark affects the  front and back of the cover.  There is a gold promo stamp on the back of the cover.  There is a sticker on the front of the cover.   2 bent corners.  There are many wear places on the front, back, top bottom, on the spine and record pocket of the cover. There are many wear places on the front, back, top bottom, on the spine and record pocket of the cover.
