modicum of fading to the green boards,the text block

is square and true as can be seen via the photographs.

Included is a Theatre Programme from a performance of the

play which ran from the 24th of February to March 1930 in the

Martin Beck Theatre in New York (Now called the Al Hirshfeld Theatre)
