1. It is the Buyers responsibility to contact me with any and all questions before bidding on the auction (including shipping). PLEASE DO NOT wait until you have already placed a bid or, worse yet, after the auction has ended. By bidding you are agreeing to the terms of E-BID AUCTIONS and this policy.

2. When an auction ends, the high bidder will usually be contacted within 24 hours. However, please allow up to 72 hours if required. If, for whatever reason, you did not receive the confirmation message within 72 hours, please contact me immediately.

3. All prices are in U.S. Currency. International bidders are welcomed, but you have to agree to all terms stated to avoid any miscommunication.

4. PAYMENT POLICY: Payment must be received within 5 days after the auction ends. Failure to do so will result in a non-paying bidder alert and possible further action. I accept ALL of the following methods of payment in US Currency ONLY: Paypal, Postal Money Orders and Checks (held for 4-6 business days). YOU need to contact me PRIOR to sending payment to avoid any miscommunication.

5. SHIPPING POLICY: The winning buyer is responsible for Actual Shipping Charges, whatever they may be, when the auction is completed. Save on shipping on multiple items. Postage is approximate US cost.

6. REFUND/INSURANCE POLICY: All buyers will be provided with different shipping options. Some include insurance and others do not. If the buyers package is lost or damaged you must have paid for insurance in order to be reimbursed. Rarely is a package lost or damaged, but you must have insurance to obtain a reimbursement.
