 Book measures  7 1/2" x  5 1/4".   Front   cover    are in   very Poor   condition wear especially on the corners.   front  and back  cover has wrinkles/creases.  All pages are in Good condition.   Th can see and feel several  deep creases on the front of the cover.  All the creases I can feel start on the spine of the cover.  There is a 1" tear on the back of the cover starting on the spine of the cover. .  I can feel the tear. I can also see and  feel the tear on the inside of the back of the cover. 2 bent corners.
