Hallmarked to chain 925 for sterling silver with Italy place of manufacture and the dollar has the San Francisco mint mark and the silver is 900 to 1000 fineness.

Measures approximately 60cm or 24 inches for the chain length and weighs a lovely 31.8 grams.
