*RARE* 1814 WALTER SCOTT "WAVERLEY" 1ST ED 3RD IMP FICTION ANTIQUE BOOK (P3)

Great *RARE* antique small fine binding fiction hardback book from 1814 by Sir Walter Scott. Volume 1 only. Title page says 3rd edition (which it is) but the 1st edition was also 1814 so these days instead of saying 3rd edition we would call it 1st edition 3rd impression. Photo 15 shows splitting along the cover spine edge but it does not impact on the page binding inside. Photo 16 shows some pencil writing on the inside cover. Binding and other pages inside are in superb condition especially as the book is 210 years old.

Measures 18.25cm tall x 10.5cm wide x 2.75cm thick. Weighs 345 grams.
