CD comes on a non original  jewel case. Sale does not include a   back insert. There is a company sticker on the top of the jewel case. 

CD Plays through without any problems.  CD  top surface is in  VG condition.  CD playing surface is in  Good   condition with scratches and scuffs .  Non original jewel case is in Good condition with wear,scratches,  and scuffs. There are no broken parts on the case. There is a company sticker on the front of the jewel case.   Company sticker is in Poor condition with 2 big tears on the sticker. 

I COMBINE  MEDIA POSTAGE BY WEIGHT.  Buyer pays $4.50 media mail with insurance extra. Buyer is responsible for lost  or damaged item is not covered by insurance.
