Pristine Antique William IV Solid Sterling Silver Desert Spoon

A fabulous Antique William IV sterling silver kings pattern desert spoon

Fully & clearly Hallmarked with some of the best hallmarks I've seen with marks for London, lion passant for sterling, date letter A circa 1836 and William IV bust/head.

Makers mark J S over A S for Joseph & Albert Savory

Measures approximately 14.5 cm in length, the bowl is 3 cm in width and weigh's a nice 38 grams.

A fabulous example that is a true collector piece the hallmarks are immaculate still the leopard head has hair which is usually worn away the Kings pattern is sublime this spoon shows great form almost like it was new out of the box a once in a lifetime piece to excite any collector or enthusiasts alike.

Would make a lovely gift or a truly great once in a lifetime purchase.
