Munchen 1938 Swastika Postmark Government Wishes German Postcard

uk41   Please enlarge the message in this 1938 pre war postcard so you can decide but this appears someone important sending wishes as one part of message as it looks as though it says "with many govt wishes" - it also reads about how they are all very sad so clearly linked with some event or because this a military collection, perhaps because the British soldier was declared to be staying in Munchen away from his family - front image I cannot identify - light aging in places but very good condition
