  SALE IS ONLY FOR THE PICTURE  SLEEVE..  NO RECORD COMES WITH THE SALE.  ALL GRADING IS VISUAL. Picture sleeve   is in very very   poor  condition with  very  heavy wear  especially on the corners and  very  heavy ringwear.  There are several wrinkles/creases on  front and back of the  sleeve.   There are several tears on front and back of the sleeve. There is  25C ea printed in blue on the front of the sleeve. There is a piece of tape that wraps from the front of the sleeve to the back of the sleeve.   one side of the sleeve is half split starting at the top of the sleeve. There is a 2" split on the oher sdie starting at the top sleeve. Stains on the front and back of the sleeve. Tear on the top of the front of the sleeve.
