HEIRLOOM ELEGANCE - bowl and pitcher – LEFTON
This is an HEIRLOOM ELEGANCE BOWL and PITCHER made by LEFTON. It has lovely flowers in shades of pink accented with teal and yellow on the body and gold trim around the scalloped top while the handle is covered with gold. The pitcher is approximately 5 ¼" tall and the bowl is approximately 7 ¼" across.
Both pieces have the gold crown over L used 1963 - 1969 and the number 5523 on the bottom and there is a red with gold made in Japan label on the bowl.
This beautiful set appears to be in fair or better condition and will display very nicely as I can find no chips, cracks or crazing, but there is some gold loss on the inside and top of the pitcher handle. I have exagerated the gold loss in the two pictures of the handle so you can see the loss.
