I ship patterns in a large flat envelope and protective sleeve to ensure your patterns arrive in good condition. They are shipped First Class Mail Parcel so that I may provide tracking. However, many of you think the price of shipping this way is too high. If you don't care that your patterns are folded and shipped out in a regular envelope, please contact me prior to paying and I will reduce the price and ship in this manner. I am upset at getting less than 5 stars because I try to ship your patterns in a nice condition!

Please keep in mind that the post office usually does a wonderful job but on occassion and especially around the holidays, they can take a little longer than we expect. Please leave feedback when your item arrives, as this is how I know you have recieved your item and are satisfied. Are you in the US? I do use usps but don't usually use tracking on patterns and such...
