I cannot feel any of the  scratches or scuffs.   There are 2 factory defects on the outer most rim  on one side of the record.   I can feel both defects. defects will affect the start of the record.   Both labels have wear especially around the record hole. .  Both labels have stains. Both labels havs bubbles.
