Womens Vintage 1980 Designer Chiffon Ruched Blouse Size 12 Designer Brand Helena Fabric Chiffon look The stunning blouse is packed with detail Fab garthering to the outer front layer. The layering works from the shoulder yolk, then drapes down the body, finishing at the peplum waist Double layered under layers. 6.5" deep garthered peplum style band to the waist area. Low V neck line to the front.
Wow factor close placed loop & glass style button front fastening.
Semi sheer long sleeves finishing with a cuff. Padded shoulders which could be easily removed. The pads are only kept in place by a couple of stitches.
The blouse is in new without tag condition.
