ALL GRADING IS VISUAL. Record  is in Poor  condition with scratches, factory defect, chip,  and scuff.  Scratches defect, chip,  and scuffs may affect the play of the record. I cannot feel any of the scratches or scuffs .   There  are 2  defects on the outermost rim on one side of the record. I can feel  both defects. Defects will affect the start of the record.  There is a chip on the outermost rim on one side of the record. I can feel the chip.  Chip will affect the start of the record on both sides of the record. . Both labels have wear.  .
