I cannot  feel   any scratches, defects, or scuffs, .   Both labels have scratches. Both labels have  very heavy wear. One  label has heavy wear around the record hole. There is a drilled hole that goes through both labels and the vinyl of the record. Drilled hole affects both label and the vinyl record.   Both labels have tear around the drilled hole.
