I  cannot feel any  of the  scratches or scuffs.   Both labels have stains.   Both labels have wear.  Both label have  scratches.  . cover  is in  Good-  condition with   heavy  wear  especially on the corners and  heavy ringwear.  There are several wrinkles/creases on  front and back of the cover.  There are    heavy stains on the  front and back of the   cover. 4 There is a very small slpit on the bottom of the cover starting at the record pocket.  bent corners.
