Regular mail is used (i.e. not tracked) unless other prior arrangements are made (I am happy to post using whatever arrangements you prefer but note that costs of registered mail or similar will be much higher - cost will be the actual Australia Post rate). Usually mail should be delivered within a few days of sending the item but sometimes, even within Australia, it is taking much longer.
International postage can be quite slow (Australia Post estimates up to 8 days but I have known delays of up to a couple of months)
I cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit but if you receive an item that is not as described you can return it for a full refund (excluding return postage costs).
