CD   play all the way through  with out any problems.   CD   top is in VG condtiion. The bottom playing surface is in   Poor condition with scratches and scuffs.  Poor for the number of scratches.    Jewel case is in  Good  condition with scratches on the front and back of the case. There  is a long piece of tape on the top of the case. case. There are no broken part on the jewel case.  The front, and back  of the insert are in Good-  condition with wear especially on the corners.    Front and back of the insert have wrinkles/crease especially where  tabs rest on the paper of the insert.  The back insert  as I can see is in Good condition. 

I COMBINE  MEDIA POSTAGE BY WEIGHT.  US buyer pays $4.50 media mail with insurance extra.   Buyer is responsible for lost  or damaged item is not covered by insurance. International postage more so email for postage.
