Magne B6 is a specially formulated over-the-counter medicine from Sanofi,containing the active ingredients Magnesium and vitamin B6, which is used in case of established magnesium deficiency, which is expressed by the following symptoms:

• moderate anxiety,
• transient fatigue,
• mild sleep disorders;
• signs of tension, such as gastrointestinal cramps or palpitations (in a healthy heart)
• muscle cramps,
• tingling.

Magne B6 is part of the group of mineral supplements. Magnesium B6 contains the mineral magnesium in the form of Magnesium lactate dihydrate and Vitamin B6 in the form of Pyridoxine hydrochloride.

Composition:

The active substances are: Magnesium lactate dihydrate - 470 mg; Pyridoxine hydrochloride - vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride - Vitamine B 6) - 5 mg. The other ingredients are: sucrose, dense kaolin, acacia, carbomer 35,000, talc, magnesium stearate, titanium dioxide.

How to use:

Dosage and method of use. THIS MEDICINE SHOULD BE USED ONLY IN ADULTS .

Adults: 6 to 8 tablets daily, divided into 2 or 3 meals;

In breast-feeding women: A maximum of 4 tablets (20 mg vitamin B6) per day, divided into 2 to 3 doses during meals.

The tablets are swallowed whole with a large glass of water.

If you take more Magne B6 than you should Oral magnesium overdose generally does not cause toxic reactions in normal renal function.
