I bought this new in California, drove to Custer, South Dakota and it has ben used a total of 2 months while I was building a small rental cabin on property. RV remains in Custer, SD. RV is roughly 6K lbs. fry and I pulled it no problem with Dodge Ram 1500. RV has queen bed in master bedroom with double bunk bed in the rear. I replaced stock mattress with a much better one. RV had small leak in front window right after 1st rain, but rather than drive it back to California, I repaired myself and no problems since. Original handle broke off refrigerator door, but repaired. Plenty of room with living room slide out Replaced stock interior speakers with new speakers. Kitchen table folds into bed. Also outside grilling area with refrigerator and cabinet. TV included and the fireplace is great and can actually heat up RV. 16" Power awning.
