Detailed explanation of brewing steps:
1. Warm tea: Heat the lid bowl, fair cup, and tea tasting cup with boiling water, pour out the hot water, and add dry tea (3-5 grams/100ml). Gently shake the lid bowl to stimulate the aroma of pine smoke and dried longan.

2. Water injection method: Pour 90-95 ℃ hot water at a fixed point along the edge of the lid bowl, with a gentle and gentle flow to avoid direct flushing towards the tea leaves. Fill the water to 70-80% full.

3. Soup time: Pour out immediately after the first 3 bubbles (5-8 seconds), extend each bubble by 5 seconds for 4-6 bubbles, and sit in the cup for 10-15 seconds after 7 bubbles. Traditional smoked seeds should not be steeped in the dark
