It didn't end great but in 1998 MARK MCGWIRE ST. LOUIS CARDINALS OAKLAND ATHLETICS A'S USC TROJANS LOS ANGELES DODGERS was the most popular athlete in the world. In that magical 70 Home Run Season , there was no card more sought after than this 1998 Little League World Series Card, which was an SGA only available with the purchase of a Program at the final game. Still rarely seen and probably still a great investment piece.
