There is no back insert. 

CD   plays all the way through  with out any problems.   CD   top is in VG condtiion. The bottom playing surface is in  Good   condition with scratches and scuffs.  Jewel case is in  Good condition with scratches on the front and back of the case.   There is a cut out mark on the case. Cut out mark affects the front and back of the case, and the insert.    Front and back  of front insert are in condition with wear especially on the corners.    Wrinkles/creases   especially where the jewel case tabs rest on the insert.  Both sides of the the   inside of the front insert insert are   in  Good  condition with wear especially on the corners.    Wrinkles/creases   especially where the jewel case tabs rest on the insert.   

I COMBINE  MEDIA POSTAGE BY WEIGHT.  US buyer pays $4.50 media mail with insurance extra.   Buyer is responsible for lost  or damaged item is not covered by insurance. International postage more so email for postage.
