 From one of the most iconic film musicals, Angelique Miniatures presents ‘Dorothy’ from The Wizard of Oz.

  This much loved character is cast by me, from fine quality bisque porcelain with dark brown hair, tied in bunches with pale blue silk bows.

 Dorothy wears a blue and white pinafore dress in the tiniest cotton gingham, trimmed with delicate white lace, and worn over a white cotton puffed sleeved blouse. On her feet are lace ankle socks and the ‘magical’ red glittery shoes.

Underneath her dress Dorothy wears lace-trimmed white cotton drawers and matching petticoat. Over one arm she carries a hand-crafted hessian basket, draped with a lace-trimmed white cotton cloth.

  This doll is approx five and a half inches tall.

This doll has a moveable porcelain head, torso, lower arms, and thigh length legs with a wired, soft and partially pose-able body.

This doll is an ornament intended for adult collectors and should not be given to children to play with.
