Overall condition is acceptable. The front cover has heavy edge wear, multiple creases across the cover (see scan), above average shelf wear, and edge chipping. The back cover is in much the same condition. Again, see the scan. The book itself was recovered from a discard bin, having been split in two pieces (breaking before page 63). As best possible, I reassembled the book and used a clear strip of tape along the spine combined with white glue to secure the pages together. The spine is in rough shape with heavy chipping (missing bits) on the top and bottom edges along with further chipping. It is certainly not a collector's grade book but it serves the purpose it was meant to, impart information. Interior pages have discolored with age.
