Offered is the Signet Books first paperback printing of the novel version of the 1959 movie "Suddenly Last Summer" by Tennessee Williams and Gore Vidal. Interestingly, the book is written as if a screenplay rather than a true novel. Overall condition is acceptable. The front and back cover show a good bit of wear to include scuffing, the remains of tape (the tape is gone but left stains), edge wear, and a creasing parallel to the spine (caused by reading). The spine has some smaller dents and a single vertical crease typical of books being read. Interior pages have browned a bit with age. The eight pages of scenes from the movie still remain white due to superior gloss paper.
