Overall condition is acceptable. The front cover has moderate to heavy edge wear, creasing running parallel to the spine, a indent on the upper edge, a tiny dog ear crease in the lower right corner, some indents on the cover, and a bit above average shelf wear. The back cover is in much the same condition as the front but without the upper edge indent. The spine has no vertical creases, just two small wrinkles and moderate edge wear. Interior pages have some discoloration with age.
