This soft covered book measures 5-3/8 X 8-1/2 X 1/8 inch (13.7 X 21.7 X 0.3 cm) and weighs 2-1/4 ounces (65 grams).
This book is in good condition. I see no writing or marking in the book.
Note: I have edited out peoples addresses and phone numbers, which are mentioned in the photos, that I have scanned from this book. Also I have removed the original owner’s name and address from the scan of the rear cover. (The book still has the actual information intact).
