Forty Thousand in Gehenna by C.J. Cherryh ( Nelson Doubleday | HC | BCE | 1984 )

Offered is the Nelson/Doubleday book club edition of C.J. Cherryh's novel set in her Alliance/Union world. This edition was released a year after the novel hit the retail shelves and featured new cover art. The dust jacket shows wear,  notably on the corners and the top and bottom of the spine where the dust jacket is wrinkled. There is a small tear on the upper, right hand corner of the dust jacket. The book itself is in great shape with almost no interior page discoloration. The exterior of the book appears to show just a tad of foxing.
