An early to mid-1940s Columbia recording of Dinah Shore with orchestra under the direction of Sonny Burke.
Offered here is an exceptionally clean and excellent sounding pair of vocal arrangements. Light background hiss and faint scratches are to be expected, but this platter has no cracks or skips and still shows a high gloss! One tiny edge chip does NOT interfere with the play.
Side HCO 1654 presents "Shoo-Fly Pie And Apple Pan Dowdy", and side HCO 1655, "Here I Go Again", from "Are You With It?".
