Seller's Description
Probably the best overall view of the waterfront, this is an Art Grossman photo, #A1277, distributed by St. Louis Color Postcard Co. In mint condition all around with no writing or mailing the reverse informs us:
"Located close to the point where in 1764, Pierre Laclede, the French explorer founded this city, our tallest National Monument affords a grand panoramic view of both sides of the Mississippi from its top. Visitors have a 30 mile perspective of the city and surroundings. Jefferson National Expansion Memorial is administered by the National Park Service."
