Seller's Description
We have just acquired a nice small lot of 1st print Classics Illustrated, Special Issues, and World Around Us comic books from the Golden and Silver Age. These are all original owner comic books, purchased at the time of release, read and enjoyed. They average about VG condition. We're scanning both front and back cover. Most have a dust shadow on the inside front covers and what I consider that old great comic book smell. These were not stored and preserved, but now they will be as I have gotten my hands on them. We gladly combine shipping. Please contact us prior to making purchase so we can combine invoices. We probably won't run into a lot like this for awhile. Many people have the reprints, but you don't see 1st prints too often.
This is Classics Illustrated #122: The Mutineers, dated September, 1954. It is 1st print, HRN 123. Book has been graded VG. It has a small amount of ""Marvel chipping"" on the bottom right corner of most of the pages, dust shadow soiling on the back cover, and moderate dust shadows on the inside covers.
